Hi
This is a nice topic.
When i went to China, I saw tea shops on street.
They sell 一杯。
Some tea for stomach, weariness,etc.
Are they based on 漢方、zhong cao yao?
Do you drink sometimes?

Hi,takak. I almost drink tea everyday. Like "tiě guān yīn" and "lǜ chá"-green tea.
It's based "zhōngcǎoyào," I think it's good for health. So almost every Chinese people like drinking tea.
You said that you saw tea shops on street. They sell 一杯。We called “cháguǎn” tea house. But I often goes to "chǎ yè diàn"(tea shops) buy tea leaves, and then make tea by myself.
Do you often drink tea? And do you often make tea yourself?

How much Regular peoplple know about it in every life?
When you cook, you know A and B doesn't match to cook? like sweetpotato and tomato, you don't cook together,do you?

Good question.
I think most of Regular people know about "zhōngcǎoyào," when we feel sick, we often eat Chinese Medicine.
When we cook, we will pay attention A and B doesn't match to cook, but I think not all of Chinese know them. I know sweetpotato and egg, we don't cook together. And sweetpotato and crab,we also don't cook together.

I think Acid food include some meat and milk, and Alkali food include fruit and vegetables, so not all of them are not cook together. You know Chinese pay more attention to nutritional balance, so we will pay more attention to acid base equilibrium.

There isn't like this kind of course now, because it belongs to the field of medical research. And there are some complex Chinese language or some Chinese culture. If you are interested in this, you can look at this link, http://www.meishij.net/jiankang/jinji/167590.html
But it is a Chinese website.
