Helen Zhang (Chinese Teacher) says
Hi, I am Helen Zhang, a professional Chinese language teacher from eChineseonline. Please see the answer below: Lǎo bǎn, wǒ yào dǎbāo. 老板,我要打包。 Boss, I want a doggy bag. In China, "Boss" is a form of address for the owner of a store, or restaurant. Sometimes people will also call waiters or salesmen "boss".

"I always wanted to study Chinese but my job doesn't allow me to sit in a classroom. Your video courses provide a great substitute—they are quite efficient and cost-effective."
