Helen Zhang (Chinese Teacher) says
"啊刮风了 (Á, guā fēng le)” means, “Wow, it’s windy now!” Learn more expressions about weather: 下雨了。(Xià yǔ le.) It is starting to rain. 转晴了。(Zhuǎn qíng le.) It is beginning to clear up.
