Video courses and pdfs will not open. I am missing my daily lessons.

Hello Chinesearmour, sorry for the late reply since we have been celebrating the Chinese New Year holiday. Would you please let me know in which lessons you could not open the videos and pdfs? Do they work now? Meanwhile, could you tell me where you are located when watching the videos and downloading the pdfs? Thanks! Happy Spring Festival!
