After leaving the airport, you will probably go directly to check in at a hotel. Learn useful daily Mandarin expressions in this Mandarin lesson such as from... to..., reservation, registration card and room key.

Wow! The expressions in this Mandarin Chinese lesson are very helpful. If I travel to China, and stay in a hotel, how would I ask, “when do I need to check out” in Chinese? I think it will be important to know that in advance!

Hi, I am so glad you like our Mandarin lessons. You can say “我几点钟需要退房。(Wǒ jǐ diǎn zhōng xūyào tuìfáng?)” I hope that you will find that helpful. By the way, you make a very good point; maybe we can add “checking out of a hotel” as one of our Mandarin Chinese lessons in the future, thanks.
